We are off to Sacramento for a power lifting competition! I will be competing in this one with the goal of marking 1 item off my life to do list:
Lift more than I weigh.

I am wondering if my family is in one piece as a result of Ike! I am afraid the storm is hitting Mema and Aunt Mary and Kelly right now. Grrr this hurricane!
Cliff's b-day is on Monday!
