so you know.

i don't like it when people say  "you of all people"
cliff doesn't like it when people say "i don't give two sh*ts" or one for that matter.

HA!  How's that for completely random.  I've just been going through my drafts folder... it's hilarious the posts that I've started and never finished.  This is one of them.  It definitely starts a conversation though... What could you live without people saying?

Hawaii tomorrow!

Hehe, it's funny what gets to us, isn't it?

For me I hate sayings with gross mental pictures, e.g. "Brain fart" or "Keep your eyes peeled"... ew.

Also, it's not about what people say, but I have my very own unfinished blog draft about how people misspell "genius" as "genious". Oh, the irony!

I used to work with a girl that had a seriously dirty mind. She refused to call an older gentleman Dick, even though that was his name. She also hated words like moist, and pleasure, because she said they were nasty words. (I learned about her aversion to the word moist while describing a cake.) I used to tell people she was having a bad day, and it would be nice if they would tell her it was a pleasure meeting her before they left. (Only sometimes:o)
I hate when I spell words incorrectly, or make a typo, but I really hated when my kid's teachers sent a note home with misspelled words!

One of my pet peeves

"If I'm being honest...."

Honesty is always the best policy :)
